Prime Video Releases a New Trailer for 'Undone' Season 2

Fan’s of the Prime Video series Undone got another look at the series as part of WonderCon 2022. A trailer and new images were released ahead of the series’ April 29 premiere date exclusively on Prime Video.

Like the first season, Undone Season 2 will consist of 8 episodes, all to be released simultaneously. Series star Rosa Salazar will reprise her role as Alma, a woman with a…different relationship with time itself.

From the trailer, it looks like Season 2 will focus more on Alma’s relationship with her sister Becca (Angelique Cabral) as they both delve deeper into the mysteries to be found in their family’s history. The trailer proclaims, “Full disclosure, it’s gonna be weird”. Perhaps an indication of the tone Season 2 will set.

It also seems Season 2 of Undone will go deeper into the stories established in the first season. The second season will explore intergenerational trauma, and healing that comes from confronting and processing the past. It promises to be an examination of how decisions made in the past impact the present and future in tangible ways.

Undone is a genre-bending flagship series on Prime Video. It is the first episodic series to feature rotoscope animation. It also features a plethora of backgrounds created with oil on canvas, and other artistic media.
