This week’s episode of The Good Doctor is going to feature a potluck gone wrong, and a clash of personalities.
Dr’s Murphy (Freddie Highmore) and Glassman (Richard Schiff) will be left to pick up the pieces when their colleagues are victims of bad food at a potluck. The hallucinations look like they will cause a mixture of hilarity and devastation for the staff of St. Bonaventure Hospital. Hopefully, the patients at the hospital will be protected from any bad outcomes.
The relationship between Dr’s Murphy and Glassman has been so foundational to The Good Doctor from the beginning. It will be interesting to see it put in the spotlight again. These two have such a powerful dynamic, and it will be interesting seeing how they navigate this less-than-ideal predicament.
It will give the entire hospital a challenge, having so many leading staff out of commission. If anyone is up to the challenge, this group is.
Episode Description: When someone mistakenly brings a hallucinogen-laced dish to the hospital’s company potluck, much of the hospital staff and doctors are incapacitated — leaving doctors Murphy, Glassman and Allen forced to take on all the hospital’s cases, further exacerbating Dr. Murphy and Dr. Glassman’s conflicting work styles
